BBC Three launches comedy football car sharing series, ‘Taxi to Training’ ⚽️

Following in the footsteps of BBC’s hit Peter Kay’s Car Share, comes Taxi to Training, a new eight-part series exclusive to BBC Three!
Presented by comedian and aspiring goalkeeper Lloyd Griffith, the series will run for the next two months on the online channel.
Lloyd will be joined by some of the biggest stars of the Premier League as he gives lifts to training grounds across the country in his trusty hatchback. Players will chat, sing, take part in challenges, and share stories.
Episode one is available to stream online now and features Watford FC captain Troy Deeney!

Damian Kavanagh, Controller of BBC Three, says: “Taxi To Training will transport audiences to the passenger seat of a Premier League footballer’s journey to work, balancing candid insight with comedy via some of the Premier League’s famous faces.”

Tony Pastor, Executive Producer of Goalhanger Films, says: “If you think professional footballers have a great life working a few hours a day, earning a fortune and having a bit of fun, this series will do nothing to change your mind.”
