Liftshare Festival Fringe Award spotlight: Comedian Nick Revell

Nick Revell’s show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe is called “Feminist Porno Jihadi”. It’s an 18+ rated gig, so no kids allowed to listen to this Perrier Award nominated comedian’s satire.

You’ll be able to catch Nick Revell at the Festival this year at the Stand Comedy Club 5 & 6, that’s Venue 319. Where is that? That’s down by Omni Centre, across the roundabout and right by the new tram stop.

This clip, called 4by4, is Nick’s entry into the Liftshare Festival Fringe Award. This is our little attempt to encourage more car sharing in Edinburgh for the festival and in general. Details on how to enter can be found here and if your clip meets the criteria you could get a mention here.

Psst, Nick’s an adult comedian.  You might find this clip a little risqué.

Those big 4 by 4 cars can guzzle the gas and it’ll come as no surprise to know we think they’re perfect for car sharing. Okay, perhaps not 400 metres down the road to the local school though!

Nick Revell is a vet of the Fringe, his show last year was called Closet Optimist and the Ed Fest Magazine noted;

There are no cheap laughs here, but if you like your comedians to say something worth saying, Nick Revell is for you.”

Lastly, don’t forget to follow Nick on Twitter via his @Nickula account.
