We’re creating BACK TO WORK travel software to help you mobilise your workforce

Help your employees plan their commute either by themselves or on a larger scale to target clusters of employees with travel plans; delivering the best commuting options for them to travel to work.

The myPTP tool is the only journey planner in the UK that gives you public transport, walking and cycling results AS WELL AS car sharing matches, to be able to make an informed, yet independent, decision on how you can best travel to your place of work.

During the lockdown period, the Liftshare Product Development team has been updating the myPTP software to show clearer behaviour change figures, clearer results and have also edited the results to be ordered based on what is likely to be best for the employees commute based on social distancing regulations. The order is:

Walking > Cycling > Single Occupancy Vehicle > Liftshare > Public Transport

With the changes in Public Transport availability due to lockdown, it is more important than ever that employees have a tool that shows them how they can best get to work sustainability and safely.

You can bulk-send travel plans to all of your employees, or alternatively host the myPTP snippet on your website or intranet so they can download plans when they wish.

As more and more of your staff receive their travel plans and start to change their behaviour to more sustainable options, you can track modal shift using the myPTP dashboard.

The dashboard homepage now shows you:

• How many plans have been sent, and how many have been opened
• How your staff were originally travelling compared to how they are travelling now
• The commute distances of all your staff
• The options available to all your staff
• Behaviour change charts and figures

On top of this dashboard page, there are further reporting pages, survey functions and additional functionality within the tool.
