At Liftshare, our members are at the heart of what we do, whether you’re part of a Liftshare Community or our public network. We appreciate that the digital world may not be second nature to some, and are continually trying to improve our platform based on intelligence, research and your valuable feedback.
To help you, we have recently launched a series of member tutorials, which can be found on Youtube, our Liftshare Support Portal and our FAQs (coming soon). The tutorials cover some common queries, including how to join, add a journey and form a Liftshare team, as well as how to hide your journey and update your account settings.
